*Before the massage, give your therapist accurate health information and share your expectations.
*Feel free to report any discomfort during the massage, whether it's physical or has something to do with the environment.
*Provide feedback during the massage concerning pressure or speed of hand movement.
*Discuss any apprehensions you have about massage with your therapist. Remember, your therapist is a professional dedicated to ther profession.
*Remember, too, the therapuetic benefits of massage are cumulative. The more often you get a massage, the better you will feel and the more quickly your body will respond.
